Madison Valley Ranch is a luxury, all-inclusive fly-fishing lodge located just minutes from downtown Ennis and an hour’s drive from Bozeman. Come join our team at SW MT’s premier Orvis Endorsed Fly Fishing Lodge and enjoy a fun-filled season working hard, while taking advantage of all this stunning area has to offer on your days off!
Here in the Madison Valley we are surrounded by endless opportunities for exploring the outdoors. We are flanked by national forest on both sides, the upper Madison River is in our backyard and Yellowstone is a short drive away. World-class skiing, hiking, biking, climbing, kiteboarding, fishing and more are easily accessible from our staff house.
We have staff housing available that is close to town and the lodge. Rooms are single or double occupancy with a shared bathroom. The furnished home offers a full kitchen, four bedrooms, three bathrooms, small office area, living room, dining area, washer/dryer, and wireless internet.
A $250 refundable security deposit is required prior to moving in. Lodging is charged at $125 per month, which can be deducted from your paycheck or paid in advance.
This is among the most important roles at MVR as we take great pride in providing guests with clean, tidy and sanitized facilities at all times. The role of housekeeper is a physical job with great hours that leaves plenty of time for those that want to spend the rest of the day exploring our awesome valley.
You're a jack of all trades that doesn't mind serving breakfast in the morning, netting fish in the pond for our guests, assisting the housekeepers or maintaining the restoration project on Jack Creek. The ability to complete a variety of tasks throughout the day with the energy to chase big trout afterwards sounds like a good way to spend a summer to you.
Many of our Housekeepers and All-Around Staff Members take extra hours to serve breakfast and/or dinner. It is a great opportunity to interact with our guests, work closely with our kitchen and enjoy a gourmet meal after your shift. This can also be a great part-time job for local residents looking for a few more hours during the summer months.
